Barrel Thief Wine Merchants

From a very young age, Oliver Knill grew up making wine on his family’s ranch in Sonoma, California. His passion for wine led him to the service industry, where he has worked for over 20 years.

Most recently, he was the owner of the Fork restaurant (later renamed Dream Farm) in San Anselmo, California. During this time he developed many wine lists with broad appeal. His reasonably priced lists put him in the company of many notable professionals, growers, producers and importers.

He has passed his love of wine on to his wife, Jennifer, and they have traveled extensively through all the West Coast growing regions, as well as France, Spain and yes, even Mexico!

The Knills live in Napa, California, and continue to travel through various wine countries. They continue to taste and to learn - so they can bring the best hand-selected wines directly to you.
